Let's talk about the team

Our Life Plan Community Solution is looking for a driven Account Manager to maintain and expand relationships with our customers. This person is responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives. They also represent MatrixCare and our LPC Solution to assigned customers, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers' needs and expectations are met by the company.

Let's talk about the role

  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
  • Proactively lead a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis
  • Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel


Let's talk about you
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
  • Required 2-3 years of related experience (solid technology or related direct sales background,) 5+ preferred
  • Excellent verbaland writtencommunication skills
  • Strong listening skills and presentation skills
  • Ability to build strong rapport, establish trust and credibility through a consultative approach, and balance assertive sales follow-up without being overly aggressive
  • A self-starter who can effectively work within a strong team culture
  • Time Management skills -- able to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Experience sellingbusiness software applications preferred
  • Proven ability to close business via phone
  • Highly effective at web-based product demonstrations
  • Up to 20% Travel (On-site meetings, charitable events, trade shows, etc.)
