*This is a hybrid role (1-2 days in-office).

The Role: The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and increasing customer satisfaction by cultivating existing client relationships and meeting their operational needs. This includes researching and resolving client issues and recommending potential operational enhancements or modifications. Novir's immediate growth channel is in the senior living space positioning vaccinations with related services to improve our senior vaccination status and help facilities manage this responsibility for their customers. This position includes a strong element of growth and selling existing accounts with new and existing Novir services and products as they become available.

This position will be required to build professional relationships with assigned customers, as well as act as a liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Implement tactical and strategic account plans to enhance business growth
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationship
  • Operate as the single point of contact for customer matters
  • Provide day to day customer support and issue resolution
  • Regularly collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alliance related to strategy, customer satisfaction & growth potential
  • Organize account meetings and provide agendas and meeting notes
  • Effectively communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives, including but not limited to tracking key account metrics
  • Identify and grow opportunities within existing client pool
  • Prioritize and resolve high severity requests or issues
  • Develop, analyze, maintain, deliver & discuss client reports with the appropriate client contact


The Right Fit:
  • Previous experience in a Sales role demonstrating customer relationship and account growth
  • Previous experience in the Senior living space, working with, sell to and building relationships
  • Bachelor's degree or strong relevant experience in a service delivery environment required
  • Demonstrated selling skills
  • Strong customer service or other relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Experience interacting with all levels of management
  • Demonstrated experience problem solving
  • Excellent presentations skill with ability to relay information in a positive and professional manner
  • Event planning experience and related skills will be helpful in this role
  • Strong ability to influence both external (client) and internal stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel approximately 75% of the time is required
