About the Position:

As an Account Manager at Memorable, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a world-class experience for new and prospective customers. You will be a key liaison between our clients and internal teams, working collaboratively to deliver exceptional service, maximize the impact of our innovative solutions, and grow relationships.

Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and advertising needs.
    • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive experience.
    • Identify strategic expansion opportunities with existing opportunities.
  2. Implementation and Onboarding:
    • Work consultatively with clients to understand their specific needs and guide them through the onboarding process.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate model training and account set-up.
    • Ensure the smooth integration of our technology into the client's workflow. Help clients scale Memorable across globally distributed teams.
  3. Campaign Optimization:
    • Analyze client campaigns and provide insights to enhance performance, leveraging the capabilities of our technology.
    • Proactively identify opportunities for optimization and recommend strategies to improve ad effectiveness.
  4. Communication and Training:
    • Communicate complex concepts clearly and succinctly.
    • Effectively communicate Memorable’s unique value proposition to clients. Listen to understand client goals and needs.
    • Provide training and support to clients on utilizing our technology to its full potential.
  5. Reporting and Analytics:
    • Generate regular reports on campaign performance and share insights with clients to demonstrate the impact of our technology.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to refine and enhance reporting mechanisms based on client feedback.

About You:

You are an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in digital advertising and a genuine interest in AI for Creative Effectiveness. You excel in building relationships, possess excellent communication skills, are organized, detail-oriented, and adept at translating client needs into successful campaigns. The dynamic and innovative environment of a startup energizes you.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in account management within the advertising or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising concepts and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Creative Testing process and tools.
  • Experience working with major advertising platforms.
  • Previous involvement with startups or in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
