Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as an Account Manager!

You will act as a representative to the client's organization in all things Renewables, but with a heavy focus on Solar PV. Establishing and building relationships in the local and regional markets of the client's organization will be key. You will manage and promptly resolve all inquiries or concerns. You will record and track interactions in accordance with the client's and CLEAResult procedures. You will verify PV System installation paperwork received is accurate and complete, schedule site visits, train on program guidelines and requirements, and communicate program changes. You will develop strategies to drive enrollment and adoption, troubleshoot technical issues, determine a solution in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommend solutions.

  • You have proven experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

  • You can develop a comprehensive understanding of the client's business, their stakeholders, program offerings, and their customer base.
  • You are willing to learn (or may already know) solar PV concepts, utility operations basics, and you are willing to learn technical information regarding solar PV and batteries.
  • You can integrate program offerings into customer operations to improve customer service and satisfaction.
  • You can identify improvement barriers and critical information to the Program Manager.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and/or ad hoc reports and track progress towards program goals.
  • You can work to serve as a liaison between the client, their customers, and our team.
  • You posess superior customer service and communication skills. You are able to effectivally communicate both verbally and in written form

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have

  • 3-8 years experience in one or more of the following fields: customer service, trade ally management, electrical, and construction - Solar PV.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Relevant industry certifications could replace work experience

Compensation Range

$58,300.00 - $87,480.00
