Job Description

Mandate: Reporting to the U.S. Vice President of Sales, the Account Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Build and manage SOPs
  • Create project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts
  • Other tasks as assigned

Profile:

  • Must have 3-5 years of freight forwarding experience
  • Proven experience in dealing with carriers and the negotiation process in a Key Account Manager or CSR role
