Requirements
What you'll do:
- Manage and grow all existing customer relationships in your portfolio
- Establish trust, build relationships, and work closely with clients to help them achieve their business goals with Accrue
- Provide industry insights, customer support, and solutions for client needs.
- Be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting back to the customer and internally on all aspects of client relationships for product improvement and expansion opportunities
- Monitor product usage and consult with customer on how to increase adoption and utilization of all application features for maximum success
- Provide training and new feature reveals to customers to ensure they are aware of product capabilities
- Lead QBR and annual business review meetings with customers and key stakeholders
- Work closely with the implementations team to make sure all customer accounts are stood up and successfully ramp after implementation
- Successfully manage all regular communications with customers and provide input on how we could continuously improve our customer success organization
- Upsell existing and new products with an eye to providing the best-in-class solutions to our customers
- Ensure that existing customers renew or grow current contracts on renewal dates
- Partner with other sales and marketing team members to help maximize our potential with customers
- Synthesize and communicate customer feedback to the product team to help with continuous product improvement and inform future features
- Attend industry events, conferences, etc. to build industry presence and grow relationships and establish yourself as a subject matter expert in banking technology
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3+ years' experience of fintech SaaS experience as an Account, Customer Success, or Relationship Manager
- Possess a strong track record working in team environments and is consistently a high performer
- Has a consulting mindset and can use discover/probing skills with customer to grow accounts and effectively articulate ROI and benefits
- Ability to create presentations and advocate to help clients achieve their objectives and goals
- Experience with prospecting financial institutions, including banks, credit unions, and non-bank lenders
- Willing to learn and has a good understanding of SaaS products to be able to represent their value proposition in banking
- Solutions oriented professional who has an entrepreneurial mindset and track record of improving processes
