ROLE VISION:
The US Account Management team at Highsnobiety sits in the unique position bridging the gap and connecting the dots between Brand Partnerships and Highsnobiety+ (our in-house agency). The Account Manager works alongside Brand Partnerships to build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and agencies as projects move from pre-sale to post for the full sales cycle. They translate client goals and objectives to HS+ to optimize the execution to ensure delivery in completion on all partnership elements.
The role embedded in the B2B division aims to help brands connect with young, style- conscious audiences. Our global network of thinkers ensures that when a brand does decide to partner up, they get it right every time.
YOUR MISSION:
- Collaborating with key team members across various departments to deliver the highest quality proposals and client service.
- Serve as digital key contact for clients across multiple projects and provide first-class service in reaching their campaign goals.
- Translate media strategies into tactical plans that achieve client’s objectives and fit within budget.
- Work with the Creative, Production, Talent and Events Teams to identify hard costs and packaging strategies to ensure the proposals are forecasted to stay within the preferred margin.
- Collect tags and creative from clients and/or agencies.
- Work closely with AdOps to ensure all campaigns have been implemented correctly and troubleshooted if necessary.
- Responsible for understanding project status and campaign pacing at any given time
- Diligently monitor campaigns, proactively identifying areas of opportunity or risk, and resolving potential discrepancies.
- Aligns with Project Manager to ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Working with the AdOps + Digital campaign management team to ensure all line items have launched correctly, and are pacing to deliver in full by the agreed upon end-dates.
- Foresee challenges or obstacles and take action to minimize impact.
- Build relationships with clients throughout the project to retain business.
- Work closely with the teams and leadership to improve workflows and processes
- Architects the final campaign recap story using campaign insights, final program reporting, measurement & research insights.
YOUR SKILLS:
- 3 - 5 years experience in sales planning and/or account management.
- You’ve been in a client facing role at a publisher or agency.
- Good understanding of the digital advertising and media landscape and delivering digital media programs and reports for clients.
- A campaign architect, be able to understand and unpack clients wants and needs.
- You are solutions driven and creatively minded.
- Experience with Keynote, Google Drive, Adops.

The expected annual base salary range for this role is between $65,000 to $75,000. The range is based on many factors including location, experience, and relevant skill set. In addition to salary and an employee benefits package, successful candidates may also be eligible for variable pay.
