Position Overview
We are searching for an Account Manager reporting to the Career and Technical Education Division (K12 Education market). The Account Manager will client retention and upsell goals within an assigned territory by promoting our selling NHA solutions using consultative sales techniques. The Account Manager will develop a complete understanding of each institution's needs as they relate to NHA solutions.
Where you will make your impact
- Manage NHA's client relationships and client retention within an assigned territory and serve as primar point of contact for sales-related discussions
- Manage a complex, enterprise solution sale with a 6 month to 18 month purchasing cycle.
- Develop a strategic territory plan and individual account tactics to effectively penetrate and identify additional business needs with ultimate decision makers to exceed sales quota
- Manage the renewal process within assigned accounts, including promoting multi-product renewals where appropriate.
- Build relationships across each assigned accounts to optimize adoption of NHA products
- Generate new sales opportunities within existing accounts
- Conduct periodic executive business reviewswith each assigned account to promote effective utilization of products and desired outcomes.
- Build collaborative relationships with other NHA colleagues in Marketing, Client Experience, Operations, and other departments across the organization.

- A minimum of 1-5 years of recent sales experience in education or health care sales with a proven track record of proactively identifying opportunities, creating a sales plan, effectively prioritizing time, and executing on a consultative sales strategy to drive results and consistently achieve quarterly and annual quotas.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing or a related field.
- Understanding of Health care or education industry a plus.
- Ability to travel periodically, approximately 15-25%, to spend time in the field with as needed.
