Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual

To join our team as an Account Manager! The Account Manager will act as a program representative to customers and program allies and will assist with the application process for Potomac Edison's Energy Solutions for Rebate Program. Records, tracks, and documents project information and customer/program ally interaction via the internal CRM system. Verifies paperwork received through the program portal. Develops strategies to drive increased MWh including providing awareness and education on the program to utility client's customers within the service territory. Works with engineering and program team to validate projects, ensure paperwork received for incentives are accurate and complete, prepares sales forecasts, troubleshoots technical issues for customers/trade allies, and manages pipeline.

This is a Frederick, Maryland based position.

  • Maintain current accounts and develop new accounts to help achieve milestone goals.
  • Act as local program representative to customers and program allies to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and issues, facilitate problem solving of issues between internal IT team and customer/program ally.
  • Document customer and contractor interactions to adhere to program requirements. Provide input and status updates to program manager.
  • Travel throughout a defined territory with a limited geographic coverage or lower-tier client impact

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have

  • 1-3 Years relevant account management experience in energy efficiency industry
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as outstanding relationship-building, analytical and organizational capabilities are a must.
  • Team player who learns quickly, works independently, and with little supervision.
  • Working knowledge and proficiency in Salesforce.

$65,800.00 - $98,700.00
