This role in based in our primary office in New York City but would be fully remote--

For this position, you will play a pivotal part in the day-to-day management of one of our key hospitality accounts, ensuring the smooth running of projects through its design and artwork studio. Weāre looking for exceptional characters who are looking for their next big move and who want to play a key part in an award-winning agency.
TheĀ advertising account managerĀ is the link between the client and the entire agency team. Along with their team, theĀ account managerĀ acts as the representative for the agency and as the client's representative within the agency.
What you will be doing:- Responsible for ownership over creative and production projects from briefing through delivery
- Managing the flow of projects through design and artwork, creating timelines, schedules, project plans, resource planning and managing costs and budgets
- Gathering supporting assets and supporting internal departments
- Supports the Account Director as needed with management of individual lines of business
- Exposure of working in a client facing capacity, from handling client requests, to taking full and conclusive briefs and delivering to exceed the clientās requirements
- Studio management or coordination experience is highly advantageous as is the understanding of the mechanics of a creative studio

- This role in based in our primary office in New York City. Ā Although your commitment will tend to be standard office hours, deadlines or the demands of a client may see you working early or late to ensure continued success.
In compliance with local law, this is the salary range OLIVER Agency believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Compensation will be determined on various factors including but not limited to geographic location, qualifications, experience, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business and/or client needs. The range listed is just one component of OLIVERās total compensation package for our employees.Ā Ā
