Account Manager

FIVE19 is a leading marketing and advertising agency that specializes in delivering innovative, results-driven solutions to clients. We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Account Manager to join our team, and help us continue to exceed our clients' expectations.

As an Account Manager with FIVE19, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, and be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting business relationships. You will work closely with the creative and production teams to ensure the timely delivery of high quality work that meets or exceeds client expectations. If you are a strategic thinker with excellent communication, organization and leadership skills, and a track record of success in managing client relationships, we want to hear from you. Experience in senior living marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high quality work that meets client expectations
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within existing client accounts
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all projects
• Track and report on key account metrics, including revenue, profitability and client satisfaction
• Effectively manage client budgets and invoicing processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency
• Experience in senior living marketing is a plus
• Strong strategic planning and business development skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Ability to be flexible in a changing work environment and work well under pressure
• Results oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Represent the company in a professional, positive manner
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client visits
