We are looking for an Account Manager to serve as the client liaison for some of our key accounts. The ideal candidate is great with details and has an insatiable desire to learn the world of advertising from the inside out. This a client-facing role, and is an amazing opportunity to learn in a fast-paced, exciting environment.Â
Responsibilities include
- Establish relationships with new clients and maintain and nurture existing relationships
- Track and optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis
- Check the performance of third-party vendors Â
- Develop effective campaign strategies to maximize performance
- Provide reports and insights on campaign metrics to clients
- Manage invoicing and budgeting
- Assist in all aspects of campaign production including ad unit production, campaign creation, targeting implementation, troubleshooting, etc.
Here are a few indicators that you're the right person
- You’re fluent in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word—experience with Google Docs is a plus
- You have experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools
- You’re flexible and able to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines
- You’re an excellent writer and handle client communication with grace and ease
- You’re curious, you ask questions, and you have a knack for understanding how ad technology worksÂ
