An Account Manager to serve as a strategic partner for assigned Axxess clients with the main responsibility of developing solid and lasting relationships with key stakeholders of our client organization. This role is instrumental in ensuring a delightful client experience from onboarding throughout the client's lifecycle with Axxess, promoting adoption of the full suite of Axxess Solutions. As an Account Managers you will strategically lead client's success and growth ensuring Axxess remains a valued part of the client organization, by utilizing metrics, trends, and key performance indicators. If you have experience being a client advocate, escalation contact, and true business partners knowledgeable in industry best practices , and motivated to learn and master Axxess solutions, this opportunity is for you.

What you will do...
  • Manage overall client experience of assigned Axxess clients through developing solid and lasting relationships.
  • Drive success and growth of Axxess clients through strategic leadership and thought.
  • Demonstrate extensive product knowledge and expertise.
  • Single point of accountability for Axxess clients, providing coordination of all Axxess resources from onboarding through entire client relationship.
  • Articulate the Axxess support model and value proposition to clients
  • Demonstrate an ability to handle objections in a positive manner
  • Promote client satisfaction through regular client interactions to build loyalty and trust
  • Ability to lead special projects as identified and execute through to completion
  • Secure client reference ability and drive client participation in select marketing initiatives
  • Provide pre-sales client onboarding and account management assistance for the sales organization
  • Partner with other internal teams to execute client onboarding processes and tasks to assure successful, on-time completion of all deliverables


What you bring...
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management and/or a Master's degree in a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to build solid Relationships
  • Established track record for delivering strategic solutions
  • Home Health, Home Care, or Hospice experience required
  • Experience in software support, business development, or implementation preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and solve problems independently
  • Demonstrated ability to provide service to a large number of client accounts
  • Knowledge of the software support market with 5 or more years in high tech client relationship management, business development/strategy, and/or sales
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide less seasoned team members
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills and ability to develop and present to client executive level leadership and key client stakeholders is required
