Job Description

Position Summary: 
Account Managers support our partnerships to provide child care tools, research, and creation of new programs. The Account Manager will lead the implementation of our contract, coordinate and collaborate with multiple partners, and manage multiple work streams to achieve contract goals. They will also support the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new providers. Account Managers are  resourceful, customer-focused, team oriented, have outstanding communication skills, ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, are able to shift gears at a moment's notice, and enjoy the challenges of developing and improving processes in a dynamic organization. The successful candidate will also have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, fluency in storytelling with data, superior attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: 

  • Own successful implementation of multiple partnerships

  • Be the trailblazer, innovate, move quickly, and aspire to exceed expectations

  • Own relationship with operational stakeholders and lead implementation of contract commitments, with the ultimate goal of outperforming to support our sales team with renewal and expansion of the contract

  • Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional partners to drive creative problem-solving, achieve key outcomes, and deliver expected materials in a timely manner 

  • Define, plan, control, deliver and measure a project with growing scope and complexity 

  • Communicate updates and changes to project scope, project schedule, and project cost to partners 

  • Track data on project progress and report to internal and external partners, with the ability to strategically influence others leveraging data

  • Drive relationships with local and state level operational partners, leading and attending meetings and events as necessary with the ability to influence adoption of innovative business practices

  • Develop fluency in our products to be able to proactively spread awareness, adoption, and buy-in for our solutions and collaborate with our internal Product team to integrate customer feedback

  • Forge strategic relationships with community organizations that are aligned with our mission to more effectively drive awareness, adoption, and engagement across the region

  • Travel up to 20% of the time

  • Experience with leading virtual and in-person cross-functional meetings.

  • Ability to build authentic relationships with customers and translate their needs into action plans.

  • Ability to influence team members and drive results without being their direct manager (lead without authority)

  • Excellent communication skills with stakeholders, peers and executives, with the ability to adapt your communication style to different audiences, and the ability to generate and communicate meaningful metrics representing end-user experiences. 

  • Proficiency in composing concise, accurate, and appropriately targeted data-centric presentations.

  • Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.
