What you will do and achieve:
Revenue Growth and Retention
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to develop account plans and strategies to achieve retention and expansion targets
- Monitor account health and proactively identify risks
- Report to Glean leadership and cross-functional stakeholders on the attainment of retention and expansion targets
Process Optimization
- Lead the development of an external customer-facing renewal motion and the corresponding internal playbook, enable internal stakeholders on processes
- Develop process and reporting, ensure visibility to all internal stakeholders, and path for escalating risks or highlighting opportunities
- Create the foundations for an Account Management team that you will hire, enable, and scale
Market and Product Knowledge
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks
- Leverage our partner ecosystem to ensure the best commercial experience for our shared customers
- Maintain knowledge of Glean’s growing suite of products in order to match Glean to customer use cases at any point in the customer journey
Minimum REQUIRED Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 3-7 years in a similar role within an international / B2B SaaS company
- Proven experience in executing in the Account Management role and building out a team
- Track record of achieving revenue targets and driving customer satisfaction and retention
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Ability to analyze data and use it to make informed decisions
- Knowledgeable about the B2B SaaS Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Services motions, and able to ensure that partners can successfully replicate those when representing Glean

For California based applicants:Â
The standard base salary range for this position is $170,000 - $245,000 annually. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation, equity, and benefits.
