Equifax is looking for an Account Managerto join our Equifax Digital Solutions (EDS) Team supporting Kount and Midigator. As a key member of the EDS Account Management team, this role is responsible for overall account support and relationship management to the existing customer base, including but not limited to- facilitating post-sales implementation, managing all aspects of the contract renewal process, creating additional revenue opportunities, billing/invoice resolution support, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction within the existing book of business. This position follows a hybrid work environment and requires in-office presence.
What you'll do
- Manage overall customer satisfaction, retention/churn reduction and contract renewal process for existing merchant base
- Execute the strategic and tactical activities assigned in an effort to meet company objectives and existing customer revenue targets
- Cross-Sell additional products to existing customer base in conjunction with Account Executive and Customer Success Managers
- Strategize upsell opportunities for account expansion within book of business
- Assist in the development of account management policies and programs to maximize value, increase revenue and drive overall market share
- Provide Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) and/or Monthly business reports to ensure value is being recognized and delivered
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge
- Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and activities within Salesforce, Gainsight and Zendesk
What experience you'll need
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a customer success, customer service, account management, or similar customer-facing sales role
What could set you apart
- Fluency in Spanish
- Prior experience in a quota-bearing role utilizing a consultative sales approach
- Prior employment at a SaaS company or within the tech, FinTech, or Payments industry
- Demonstrated ability to make independent choices and recommendations without immediate direction or supervision
