Job Description
The Account Manager will manage and grow key client relationships within the recruiting agency. They will work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and help match them with the right candidates. The Account Manager will also be responsible for account planning, sales forecasting, and account management. This is a contract to hire role, with the objective of hiring a full time team member.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end, full life-cycle executive recruitment for clients
- Build and maintain strong consultative relationships with clients to understand hiring needs; foster a culture of excellence with deep recruiting subject matter expertise and strong business acumen
- Partner closely with clients to design and provide tailored service, build and execute a recruitment strategy
- Responsible for managing effective internal recruiting team deliveries and measuring success with external recruitment partners
- Integrate the use of competitive intelligence, analytics and metrics in recruiting, sourcing, marketing etc to make data-informed decisions
- Design and implement creative sourcing strategies and grow and maintain an accessible network and pipeline of qualified, external candidates
- Provide outstanding client/staff experience/service delivery in EOR service
- Own executive recruitment reporting and ensure accurate tracking of hiring funnels and data
- Provide training and guidance to new team members and interns
- The term of this contract shall be for 90 days, after which time the Employee may be considered for a full-time position.
Requirements

- The Account Manager compensation will be $17,500 for the contracted term of 90 days, subject to review and adjustment at the discretion of the Employer.
- During the contract period, the Account Manager will be responsible for generating new business and project management duties.
- The Account Manager must sign a minimum of 10 new clients during the contract period to be considered for a full-time position.
- The Account Manager must generate at least $20,000 in net margin as a business
- development and/or project manager during the contract period to be considered for a fulltime position.
- The Account Manager will receive commission for any new clients signed during the contract period done on a draw model.
- 5+ years of experience in sales and account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships and network effectively
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
- 3+ years experience at a recruiting agency
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- Base Salary after conversion to full time: 70K - 80K
