Position Description
Alpine Intel is responsible for coordinating damage assessments with local technicians and end-users and writing a report so adjusters, our customer, can settle their specialty and complex claims.
As our Account Management Department has successfully grown our clientele base, and we need your relationship building and development skills to promote the trend of upward mobility. Our Account Management Team is aggressive in meeting the company's growth goals and providing exceptional follow-through on the customer service side. Their primary focus is to engage and expand business relationships with existing customers and establish new prospective business opportunities.
The Account Manager will promote Alpine Intel's subject matter expertise and domain authority by educating our clients on how we fuse complex and specialty equipment with property insurance claims to make the insurance companies processes painless. The ideal candidate has demonstrated success by consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals, coaching and developing sales teams, and owning a lead-by-example characteristic.

What You'll Do
- Flourish relationships with existing clients while developing strategies to continue to build and maintain clientele.
- Meet daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance goals to achieve company growth.
- Establish yourself as a subject matter authority as you educate clients and build a trusting rapport.
- Develop service strategies based on current market analysis, sales fluctuations, and industry competition.
- Regularly correspond with clients to create a bond by understanding the customers motivation and goals, deliver on commitments, identify and remove barriers to customer adoption, and always ensure a paramount customer experience.
- Connect directly with the client's key leaders and deliver product to those movers and shakers in the industry.
- Implement sales campaigns, close sales, and drive to achieve quotas.
- Conduct presentations to provide and overview of our services to property adjusters both online and in-person.
- Facilitate and support new customer onboarding by acting as the direct main point of contact for new and existing clients.
- Handle client questions, concerns, and escalations with structure and grace to meet contractual expectations and preserve client relationships.
- Work alongside the Marketing Department on business development strategies.
- Remain knowledgeable and up to date on changes in the insurance industry.
- Attend client meetings, relevant trade shows, and industry association meetings as needed.
- Perform other duties assigned.
Requirements
- You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- You have 2+ years of experience in an account manager role.
- You have proven success in B2B sales.
- You have outstanding customer service and relationship building skills.
- You are talented in influencing at various levels across within your client base.
- You have a strong professional phone presence.
- You are tenacious in achieving your sales goals and have a proven capability to do so.
- You have demonstrated being detailed and efficient in multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- You have excellent communication and people skills.
- You pay close attention to detail.
- You set a standard for yourself in being punctual for your scheduled shift.
- You adapt quickly and smoothly to process changes and platform updates.

- You are able to pass a federal and criminal background check. You are authorized to work in the United States and do not require work authorization sponsorship by CCG IQ for this position now or in the future
