Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 annual salary (US Dollars)
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.

Essential Duties:
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork among cleaning staff.
- Ensure that facilities are cleaned correctly and according to client instructions or standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any recurring work that needs attention and maintain a checklist of daily cleaning tasks.
- Allocate duties to cleaning staff and inspect work to ensure standards are met.
- Oversee, train, and motivate cleaning staff, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Respond to client concerns or complaints promptly, investigating and resolving any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct pre-event inspections to ensure cleanliness of all assigned areas before official opening.
- Ensure the safety of the workplace by providing H&S induction for new staff and conducting safety briefings.
- Manage incidents promptly, reporting and taking remedial action as necessary.
- Perform administrative duties such as work order management, payroll, and HR functions.
- Collaborate with clients to address any on-site issues and maintain positive relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience and solid knowledge of cleaning equipment and solutions.
- Managerial and supervisory experience, with the ability to monitor and check staff work.
- Physical dexterity, including the ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for extended periods, and bend at the waist and knees.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
