The team you'll be part of

The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.

This position is part of the AT&T Customer Experience team tasked with growing our mobile networks business at AT&T. You will work directly with lab, planning, operations, and supply chain teams at AT&T. As a sales professional, you must have mobile networks experience.

What you will learn and contribute to

As part of our team, you will:

• Drive sales strategy for new and existing mobile networks solutions.
• Be able to develop and deliver compelling presentation material.
• Understand wireless technologies, architectures, and the competitive landscape.
• Lead sales activities, including driving execution across internal and external teams.
• Support AT&T as a trusted advisor.
• Support roadmap discussions, architecture planning, and projects with AT&T markets
• Assist AT&T RAN organizations in planning for network growth and find new applications for existing RAN products.
• Position Nokia RAN products for usage in non-Nokia RAN footprint to grow revenue.
• Voice of the customer back into Mobile Networks product development
• Understand unique regional requirements that may vary from market to market and ensure that those localized requirements are incorporated into Nokia's roadmap.
• Anticipate the evolving needs of AT&T and work with Mobile Networks partners to ensure that Nokia's roadmap will meet those future needs.
• Keep field customers up to date on latest solutions and technical details, respond to daily technical queries, and provide technical direction.
• Support long term account planning with forecasts for future products sales.
• Product engineering - determine choice of equipment, quantities and connectivity. Develop Bill of Materials and quotes.

* Travel: The position does require domestic business travel to customer locations, typically in the West half of the United States. It is expected that the position will require up to 25% travel.

Your skills and experience

You must have:

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in engineering (electrical preferred)
• Minimum 5+ years of mobile networks experience.
• Strong technical experience in wireless communications and cellular technology, along with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must have a sales mentality along with strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to take ownership of problems and drive resolution across internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational, learning, and multitasking abilities.
