PrimeStreet, a division of Dominion Enterprises, is seeking a full-time Account Manager to join our Partner Success team in a very exciting opportunity. This position is fully remote.
The full-time Account Manager will be responsible for engaging our existing client base over the phone, email, text & scheduled meetings to coach them on our best practices and help our clients continue achieving success using PrimeStreet products.

- Lead successful client and partner experience as the face of PrimeStreet and own the outcome of your book of business
- Work with real estate brokers and agents in your book of business to set winning expectations and provide ongoing support
- Create customer-specific presentation materials for monthly performance check-in's and proactive goal setting
- Identify trends in your book's overall performance and implement new strategies to find solutions as needed
- From the trends and feedback you collect through your meetings with your accounts, work with the Dev team to implement solutions and new app features
- Continue testing new approaches for creating a truly best-in-class customer experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact the clients in your book of business (via phone/email/text) to identify coaching opportunities
- Host ongoing training sessions with accounts on monthly basis
- Ability to adapt to a script, be conversational and confident when speaking to customers
- Ability to meet KPIs that are specific to the success of the role on a monthly basis
- Ability to work in a team atmosphere and work independently
Qualifications:
- Experience in Customer Success or Account Management role preferred
- Comfortable speaking to clients and partners on the phone, by text and by email
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment Monday through Friday
- High School diploma/equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
