ABOUT THIS POSITION
Aceable is looking for an Account Manager to join a highly motivated team responsible for building up our partnership program. As our Account Manager, you will own partner success for your designated partners / vertical. Our ideal Account Manager has a personalized sales approach, experience building lasting relationships with clients, and always strives to provide the best service available in the industry. In this role, you will work directly with Aceable Driving partners (driving schools, high schools, etc.) to understand their individual needs and offer solutions that drive value for their businesses while growing revenue for Aceable. WHAT YOU’LL DO
Build deep relationships with clients and prospects
Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment and/or upsell of goals and quotas
Present Aceable solutions to clients and prospects
Expand and grow accounts through nurturing, consistent communications, and superior customer service to turn accounts into long term partnerships
Respond to complaints and resolve any client issues
Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual growth goals
Meet goals for partner satisfaction
Proactively outreach to potential clients to grow your respective vertical
Travel: This role will require 10%-20% travel
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
3-5 years of account management or customer facing experience
Experience with high volume sales execution with a track record of success
Extensive knowledge and interest in customer relationships and partnerships
Clear and effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tell a story, capture attention, and build trust
Strong organizational and time management skills
Driven, with a focus on execution and a strong sense of urgency
Bachelor Degree

Partnership/Business Development experience
Experience using CRM tools, such as Hubspot
Experience using Affiliate tools, such as Commission Junction
Data Analytics experience using tools such as PowerBI
