Responsibilities:
- Handle problem recognition, research, and any issues pertaining to the client's work
- Manage projects across multiple internal functions, with extreme attention to detail
- Manage stakeholder expectations, both internally and externally
- Identify, evaluate and execute opportunities within assigned accounts across categories and industries (e.g. Vending, OCS, micro markets)
- Serve as a point of contact for the account/partner and ensure that both Cantaloupe and the partner's goals are being met
- Assist with data processing and act as the link between the company and clients
Preferred requirements:
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees/management
- Drive building a cohesive account/partnership strategy, working cross-functionally and with Cantaloupe employees in the field
- Managed stakeholder expectations and maintain and nurture current client relationships
- Strong individual contributor with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to navigate/understand big companies as well
- Ability to think strategically and make actionable recommendations for improvement
- Well-developed Interpersonal skills. Able to work with and through others to achieve goals and objectives
- Excellent communication skills and quick communication response times
- Vending experience and experience in the unattended retail space is a plus
