Job Description
This is a hybrid role that requires frequent in-person meetings. Monthly/Quarterly onsite visits to managed client portfolio expected. If you are not a current resident of Nebraska, you must be willing to relocate to be considered for the position.
The Impact You'll Make:
As an Account Manager, your role will be central to ensuring that our clients receive an unrivaled customer experience. Your responsibility will be to manage relationships with clients, understand their IT requirements, and ensure the successful delivery of our services. You'll be our clients' advocate, and you'll work cross-functionally with our internal teams to guide clients through the onboarding process, manage and resolve any issues, and ensure overall client satisfaction.
What You've Mastered:
- 1 year work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or similar, relevant role in the IT industry.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executives.
- Solid experience with CRM software (HubSpot or other) and MS Office.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, or relevant field preferred, but not required.
