Job Responsibilities:
As an Account Manager at Proactive Dealer Solutions, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with a portfolio of automotive dealership clients. Your primary focus will be to ensure client satisfaction, drive revenue growth, and help dealerships maximize the value of our solutions. Key responsibilities include:
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Understand clients' business objectives and develop strategic account plans to achieve them.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the delivery of our solutions, ensuring seamless implementation and ongoing support.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to evaluate performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and present new solutions.
Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue and expand the scope of our services.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
- Experience working with automotive dealerships or in the automotive industry is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
