Job Description
We are looking for a self-starting, curious individual to help manage the partnership with one of our Signature Client Accounts in the UK – promoting and securing the use of Visa Europe products and services across their business to improve the Visa payments customer experience and deliver growth.

The ideal candidate is curious with a keen interest for learning, collaborative, highly organized and a creative problem solver. Candidates should be able to build networks and foster relationships across the client and the Visa organization. Familiarity with the payment landscape and experience in payments and/or banking is a plus.

You will collaborate with internal Visa teams and the client to deliver new innovations to ensure that both companies continue to be market leading innovators in the payments market.

What we expect of you, day to day:
Work with the Client Director, Client Leads and wider account team to ensure your stakeholders are provided appropriate support from Visa
Build relationships with client teams responding to queries and engaging proactively on market developments and how Visa can support
Develop an understanding of the client’s business to enable Visa to meet their needs effectively and identify opportunities for Visa
Develop and then demonstrate good knowledge of all Visa products and services and proactively identify opportunities aligned to the client’s requirements that will drive profitability for your P&L, supporting delivery of your assigned sales targets
Provide insight and reporting on joint client initiatives and other account activities
Engage with colleagues across Visa, ensuring teams such as products, consulting, marketing and client services are appropriately involved and informed about client opportunities and issues
Support in the delivery of high-quality client meetings and interactions, providing insight and materials

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
- Curiosity about payments, Visa and our client’s business, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- An energetic and resilient self-starter who is able to work well on their own and also as part of the wider team
- Ability to articulate Visa’s capabilities while being able to quickly identify what further SME resource is required to support the client
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally, gaining and building trust as the relationship progresses
- Ability to interpret and work with data to create actionable and commercial insight
