Account Manager
Job Description
FabFitFun is looking for an Account Manager to join our Sales and Business Development team! This individual will help foster client partnerships with relevant lifestyle brands to create successful sales collaborations and campaigns. Reporting to the Director of Sales, the ideal candidate will be an organized self-starter who is passionate about managing client relations at a fast-paced eCommerce company.
Location: This role will be based at our HQ in West Hollywood, CA. We are currently operating from a hybrid environment requiring working onsite 3 days a week. This role is not eligible for remote.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a liaison between paying sponsors and FabFitFun internal teams
- Act as day-to-day point of contact for all client relationships and advocate on behalf of the sponsor to ensure successful sponsorship campaigns
- Draft, negotiate, and finalize legal contracts for sponsorships
- Onboard new clients to a FabFitFun partnership; collect necessary assets and educate about sponsorship process
- Work cross functionally with Finance, Legal, Product, Operations, and other stakeholders to to ensure deadlines and campaign goals are met, and invoices paid
- Coordinate with FabFitFun marketing teams (social, editorial, email, influencer) to develop and execute all promotional elements of sales campaign
- Manage planning responsibilities for sampling campaigns – including managing SKU creation, PO Creation, and Salesforce organization; and collaborating with planning and ops teams to ensure that all products are correctly logged each season
- Organize all sales campaign data including previous sponsorship records, case studies, internal metrics, and sales invoices
- Create wrap up reports as and support ad hoc projects
- Support business development and outreach as needed; assist with RFPs, pull metrics, and build decks
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, media, and events
- Background working directly with brands across multiple categories preferred
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and with all levels of management (internally and externally)
- Proactive and highly organized, and can manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong verbal/written communication skills and client service
- Must be a self-starter, problem solver and solution driver (start-up experience a plus!)
- Technically skilled in Powerpoint, Excel, as well as exposure with Salesforce
Compensation:
The expected salary range for this position is $65k - $75K annually.
The compensation package will also include an initial equity grant, in addition to a range of generous medical, dental, vision and other perks & benefits.
Compensation decisions are determined using a variety of job-related factors such as skill set, geographic location, market demands, experience, and education / certifications. If we extend an offer for employment, we will consider all individual qualifications.
