Account Manager, Agency
Our Agency Development team is searching for an Account Manager to join the team. In this role, you will be a strategic partner to our agency customers and our Customer Success team to build deep relationships and drive ARR. This person will own, drive and lead customer growth and contract renewals for CreatorIQ by ensuring retention of valued customers and long-term revenue growth. A successful candidate is a strong leader, dynamic communicator, able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and have exceptional client focused mindset.
What you'll do
- Manage a portfolio of clients by owning the client relationship, overseeing account performance and outcomes, and delivering against internal and external growth goals.
- Negotiate growth opportunities and value-driven renewals and contract changes with a high level of professionalism when interacting with our customers and partners
- Collaborate internally with teams to coordinate successful outcomes for the customer
- Use creative problem solving skills to balance customer needs and business outcomes
- Verify existing contracts, data integrity of new quotes, review terms and conditions, and ensure all documentation is aligned with company guidelines and policies
- Provide outstanding service by proactively communicating with clients via email, calls, and meetings.
- Establish credibility with both client executives and practitioners to serve as a trusted consultant to optimize their investment by understanding business drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks, and creating short, medium, and long-term plans for sustainable business growth.
- Forecast accurately
- Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales & retention targets
Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in client facing roles; Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales. Experience in software/SaaS environment is preferred
- You thrive in a complex stakeholder management environment and are comfortable juggling multiple workstreams
- Agency experience
- A savvy and tactful communicator, with experience managing complex business relationships; you intuitively find the right tone and feel comfortable working with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
