Responsibilities

Join CMD (Chromatography and Mass Spec Division) at Thermo Fisher Scientific Korea. Manage accounts and sell Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry instruments to the Academy/Government/Testing Lab market in South Korea.

You will identify and pursue sales opportunities and effectively implement and complete sales strategies to surpass quota targets within the designated territory.

• Responsible for developing customer relationships and ensuring their happiness.
• Provide timely response to all customer requests
• Identify market trends and customer needs and implement optimum solutions to generate new business
• Work with product specialists, application scientists, and service engineers to develop and win sales opportunities
• Conduct basic product demos and reviews with customers
• Develop new customers and new opportunities proactively and independently
• Work collaboratively with all our Thermo product and service representatives as one team
• Apply sales strategy and market management plan by application
• Update and report SFDC/CPQ regularly, expense report, and other required business reports
• Work on sales assignments with broadly defined objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, physics, or equivalent
• Sales representative with 3+ years of experience; Chromatography and/or Mass Spectrometry instruments
• Experience and knowledge in Chromatography, Spectroscopy, and Mass are preferred
• Ability to prioritize activities that achieve sales goals, good time and territory leadership skills
• Proficient in MS Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel both by ground and air carrier
• Good communication skills with customers and colleagues
• Fluent or Native in Korean, Good English skill will be plus
