Being a Account Manager Corporate at iManage Means… 

You will drive net revenue retention (NRR) and expansion within a portfolio of existing corporate legal organizations with attorneys/lawyers and below. In this Senior Specialist role you’ll own the full account relationship identify white-space opportunities guide product adoption and execute cross-sell and upsell motions that deepen customer value and lock in long-term partnerships. 

iM Responsible For… 

  • Owning the full account relationship for a defined portfolio of corporate legal customers 
  • Identifying white-space and expansion opportunities through discovery stakeholder engagement and adoption analysis 
  • Developing and executing expansion plans to drive cross-sell and upsell motions aligned with customer goals 
  • Guiding and accelerating product adoption to maximize time-to-value and customer success metrics 
  • Conducting regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with executive and legal leadership 
  • Collaborating with Sales Engineering Product and Customer Success to understand customer needs and solution fit 
  • Managing accurate forecasting pipeline discipline and expansion pipeline visibility within CRM systems 
  • Driving net revenue retention (NRR) and expansion revenue targets for your portfolio 
  • Building and maintaining long-term strategic relationships that position iManage as a trusted advisor 

iM Qualified Because I Have… 

  • 3–6 years of B2B account management customer success or expansion sales experience in SaaS or technology 
  • Proven track record managing account portfolios and driving expansion revenue or NRR 
  • Consultative sales mindset with strong discovery active listening and stakeholder management skills 
  • Comfort navigating complex organizations and engaging Director-level VP-level and C-suite stakeholders 
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce and ability to maintain pipeline discipline 
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen with ability to identify trends gaps and expansion opportunities within accounts 
  • Ability to articulate product value and ROI in business terms aligned with customer priorities 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience 

Bonus Points If I Have… 

  • Law Degree or directly related legal experience 
  • Experience in legal technology document management or workflow automation platforms 
  • Exposure to corporate legal departments or in-house counsel environments 
  • Familiarity with customer success methodologies product adoption frameworks or expansion playbooks 
  • Track record of exceeding expansion targets or delivering significant net retention improvements

The overall US annual base salary range for this position is $100000–$130000 per year. Individual compensation for each candidate depends on factors such as qualifications experience and candidate location. This range does not include additional forms of compensation such as bonuses commission or benefits. Your recruiter will provide further details about the offer range incentives and overall compensation during the hiring process.
