Account Manager, Custom Solutions- US Remote
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who has a passion for marketing and experience retaining and growing Commercial-Mid Market, Enterprise, and Strategic Accounts.
Under the direction of the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving exceptional results for partners who need customer solutions.
What You Will Do:
- Operate as the primary point of contact for all matters specific to your assigned partners.
- Proactively research client's company to stay up to date on any rebranding, organization changes, overall print needs, seasonality, etc.
- Act as an owner, working hand and hand with the custom quote team to ensure timely response to inquiries, orders, and delivery.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to partner needs and objectives
- Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders
- Forecast and track account metrics, reviewing sales reports to determine account management strategy within your portfolio of accounts
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to assist with growth opportunities
Your Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of consultative selling and professional presentation skills
- Proven success selling solutions to C level executives
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple complex projects
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
- Hands-on working knowledge in the print industry
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency
- Media, print, and/or marketing agency sales experience is a plus
