Description

The account manager for JumpCrew's Digital Marketing Agency will own client engagement and quarterback client relationship efforts from account inception (contract signed) through onboarding, building and running digital marketing campaigns, project delivery, and results reporting. The account manager will serve as the primary point of contact for the client while being their liaison for deliverables and expectations with JumpCrew delivery teams. The account manager should strive to always be 2-steps ahead of everyone and serve as a trusted advisor to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management - For External Marketing Clients
  • Maintain an open and consistent line of communication with clients
  • Ensure PSA alignment throughout contract term
  • Communicate project updates / roadblocks / wins to clients in a timely manner
  • Communicate with clients prior to scheduled meetings, identifying areas of question and/or concern
  • Be the consummate client advocate within the company
  • Document and communicate all agreed to actions/plans and align all affected parties
  • Partner with delivery managers to lead weekly reporting deck build-outs


  • Account Management - Internal (JumpCrew)
  • Maintain an open and consistent line of communication with team members aligning delivery managers as well as appropriate leadership
  • Maintain a pulse on all project deliverables and support action planning for roadblocks
  • Communicate client requests and expectations in a timely manner
  • Notify team members of questions and/or concerns ahead of scheduled meetings and support action planning for resolution
  • Manage client "scope creep" on behalf of the internal team


  • Exposure to Additional Services
  • Identify additional opportunities with clients to promote JumpCrew services
  • Learn and understand the client's business well enough to provide recommendations and become a trusted advisor


  • Customer Feedback: Collection, Analysis and Action
  • Own the delivery and collection of formal feedback (NPS / TBD)
  • Review and communicate formal feedback with JumpCrew team members and lead action planning when required
  • Document, review and communicate organic / informal feedback from clients
  • Seek referrals from successful and desirable clients

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with a concentration in marketing preferred
  • 3-5 years of account management in a digital marketing agency (a must)
  • Solid experience presenting digital marketing campaigns and recommendations to clients
  • Solid experience preparing and presenting digital marketing campaign reports and results to clients
  • Track record of budget management in either an agency or corporate environment
  • Experience managing effective client relationships
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with constant deadlines
  • Ability to work with a wide range of people, including colleagues and clients

  • Location: Nashville, TN, hybrid schedule WFH Monday & Friday
  • $70,000-$80,000
