What we're looking for:
TP-Link is seeking an experienced candidate to grow and manage select Ecommerce accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success and a knack for building business relationships. This individual will be responsible solely for managing their respective accounts.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- This role will be the main point of contact for the following Ecommerce accounts: Newegg/B&H/eBay and will be the lead for manufacturer recertified sales for TP-Link USA.
- Manage all aspects of sales and marketing including: promotional planning, partner negotiations, account reporting, demand/forecast planning, onsite merchandising to successfully grow the business
- Take the lead on manufacturer recertified product sales, develop and add to existing sales channels to facilitate growth
- Provide strategic insight and critical thinking to assist with account growth
- Lead relationships with Ecommerce peers and executives and track execution of strategy
- Partner with marketing, creative and content teams to identify areas of opportunity, and develop promotional plans driving to overarching business goals.
- Leverage analytics and selling data to understand product performance metrics, inventory positions, and growth opportunities.
- Partner with operations, demand planning, and supply chain to maintain healthy inventory positions and best-in-class customer experience.
- Submit regular forecasts and reporting across accounts
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience working in sales and account management (preferably at listed accounts)
- Analytical skills to track performance and reporting
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to drive success independently
- Genuine interest in Ecommerce and networking/smart home products
- Leadership, entrepreneurship, and can-do spirit
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience
Benefits
Salary: $70K-90K - Quarterly sales bonus (target based)
