At Fivetran, we want to enable our customers to make data backed decisions company wide by delivering ready to query data quickly and reliably into their cloud data warehouses. We work with companies from around the world to help them better understand their customers and products, and develop a truly data-driven culture. Our Powered by Fivetran team works with companies to embed Fivetran into their products and allow customers to white label and embed our data connectors into their technology to onboard third party data and scale their organizations. 

To support our growth, we’re hiring a Powered by Fivetran Embedded Account Manager with a mission to partner, retain, grow and delight our customers. 

We’re looking for an Embedded Account Manager to join our team and own growth and retention for our embedded customers as well as win new embedded logos from our existing customer base. This role could be a great fit if you have experience in customer success, account management or sales for enterprise or OEM software. The Embedded Account Manager will hold a small book of customers at varying stages of the implementation process. Additionally, the Embedded Account Manager will be responsible for selling the embedded use case into our existing customer base to add additional logos and grow Powered by Fivetran revenue

As an Account Manager at Fivetran, the person in this role will:
  • Own customer renewals and overall retention of your book of business.
  • Be the customer advocate, and provide feedback internally to product, support and other teams that can help grow Fivetran’s value to customers.
  • Develop customer relationships with the goal of creating customer advocates.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive pipeline generation and exceed revenue goals
  • Accelerate the growth & adoption of Powered by Fivetran in our existing customer base through value-driven sales cycles
  • Lead in-depth discovery and demonstrate a deep interest in our embedded customers’ data challenges, identify required capabilities and positive business outcomes to drive towards valuable long term customer engagements
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects to drive increased value and expansion opportunities within our existing Powered by Fivetran book of business
  • Forecast accurately and provide clear visibility on sales and revenue performance by actively managing and progressing opportunities

What You Bring To The Team

  • Being customer centric - building relationships, understanding customer needs and how we are delivering value.
  • Experience in a SaaS quota-carrying sales or customer success role. Experience in analytics/data tools is a plus!
  • Track record of hitting or exceeding your goals and KPIs.
  • You are extremely organized. You are able to juggle lots of things at once while not letting anything drop.
  • The right balance of self-confidence and humility to lead as an individual contributor.
  • Collaborative and providing constructive feedback to the right teams, so that we can continue to learn and grow. 
  • Experience with Salesforce is a must.
