ZF is looking for an experienced sales professional in our Farmington Hills, MI location who is responsible for managing the sales promotional activities for assigned accounts and/or regions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, manage and planning of customer deliverables: Quotes, Inquiries, Market Research, Anaylsis and Document Review.
- Serve as the primary contact in assigned channels; knowledge required in Engineering, Pricing, Purchasing, Material Planning, Marketing and Warranty in relation to Brake Friction.
- Lead efforts within the customer organizations to gather sales data.
- Gather and analyze competitive information to assess our relative position.
- Consult customers in developing aftermarket strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Marketing, Engineering, Business or related field
- 3+ years experience in OEM, Service, Aftermarket, WD or Speciality
- Proficient in SAP, Sharepoint, and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of FMSI, able to read basic drawings and design attributes of brake pads
- Knowledge of distribution channels: Retail, IAM, and OES
- SAE Member preferred
