The role & purpose
We’re looking for an Influencer Expert + Creative Strategist Manager to join the growing Strategy and Influencer Marketing team here at ITB!
The candidate for this unique position will be able to provide executional expertise for influencer and develop creative and meaningful solutions for clients across multiple verticals, unlocking and developing best-in-class influencer strategies and activations that drive business results.
You’ll drive the expert execution of creative campaigns rooted in influencer and celebrity talent, collaborating with internal and external partners, and adhering to clear direction and achievements for agency team.
You are forward-thinking with a passion for creating bespoke solutions for a range of clients, understanding how to immerse yourself in a brand, distilling what messages are most relevant and how to deliver creative content in the most engaging manner to the target audience/s.
You will utilize research and your knowledge of influencers, celebrities, and pop culture to identify, recommend, negotiate and execute programs with talent in lifestyle, entertainment, sport, music, fashion, and other categories to support our clients’ marketing objectives.
We are looking for someone with a thorough understanding of the content and creative landscape, with proven experience and knowledge of all social platforms; a compelling presenter and storyteller with a natural ability to develop relationships with team and clients; and to be both creatively and commercially minded.
Leading by example, you’ll inspire the team to meet your own high standards. Across the rest of the agency, you will contribute to and galvanize multi-discipline teams to deliver our client projects to the highest possible standards. You will provide an encouraging and nurturing approach enabling both team members and teammates to thrive and produce the best possible work.
ABOUT YOU
You'll be organized and strategic, bringing a talent and influencer marketing lens to client servicing. Our ideal candidate will have experience executing multi-talent programs at scale, leading project deliverables and managing entry level staff.
You are well-versed in social trends across global markets and will have worked in this space for around -5-7 years. You are diligent, creative and strategic with a solution focused approach to managing complex tasks and solving challenging problems. You bring a work ethic that embodies a “how can we make this happen” mentality with a strong sense of initiative and personal ownership.
You have:
· The proven ability to assist strategic development and drive executional components of execute successful influencer and talent programs
· Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational, time and project management skills.
· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; the ability to offer constructive strategies to clients, collaborative input to colleagues and clear direction to team.
· A track record working directly with brand clients, agency partners and talent teams
· Experience growing positive and effective relationships with client partners
· Proficiency with Influencer SaaS platforms and tools.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
Key duties and responsibilities:
· Executing program tasks efficiently and effectively; collaborating and delegating where appropriate with clarity and context; fostering engagement for task completion within the team and wider agency
· Identifying and effectively handling any program challenges swiftly and responsibly
· Assisting in financial tracking, reconciliation and reporting, budget conversations and opportunity recognition.
· Demonstrating the relevant expertise to be seen as a trusted partner and develop client relationships based in that context.
· Support colleagues by contributing to research, project support, client management
· Help mentor and encourage the growth and development of entry level staff
· Identifying business opportunities with existing clients.
· Develop strong relationships with team members and within cross-agency departments, understanding how to best use and optimize the services available.
· Embodying a positive and friendly demeanor – inspiring others and remaining calm under pressure
