Team: Account Executive
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Account Manager, IT Solutions in the United States.
This role offers the opportunity to manage and grow key client relationships while driving new business across hospital IT systems. You will oversee the full client lifecycle—from prospecting and securing new partnerships to expanding existing accounts and ensuring successful service delivery. The position combines business development, strategic account management, and cross-functional collaboration, providing a high-impact platform to strengthen client satisfaction and revenue growth. You will work closely with internal teams to align IT staffing solutions with client needs, while building long-term relationships and fostering trust. Accountabilities:
- Prospect new IT staffing partnerships within hospital systems, identifying key decision-makers and generating job orders
- Manage, grow, and expand a portfolio of active client accounts, ensuring successful delivery and identifying new business opportunities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with IT leadership, hiring managers, and procurement teams
- Collaborate closely with recruiting, operations, and leadership to ensure client satisfaction and timely fulfillment of staffing needs
- Operate in a fast-paced environment while maintaining urgency, follow-through, and accountability for results
- Track and report on account metrics and progress, using insights to drive continued growth and improvement
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum 3 years of IT staffing experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Strong client-centered mentality with a passion for service and relationship building
- Ability to anticipate client needs, problem-solve creatively, and take initiative
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills

- Competitive compensation ($33.65 hourly, approx. $70,000 annually plus commission)
