In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth by managing inbound sales opportunities and nurturing strong client relationships. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping prospects understand the value of innovative SaaS solutions while guiding them through the buying journey. Accountabilities:

  • Manage inbound leads and convert them into qualified opportunities through proactive engagement and relationship building
  • Advise prospects and clients on tailored solutions, clearly communicating product value and addressing business needs
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features, benefits, and use cases
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies, including email sequences and follow-ups, to maintain strong engagement
  • Negotiate proposals and close deals while ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience
  • Identify upselling opportunities within the existing customer base to maximize account value
  • Analyze sales performance and experiment with different approaches (A/B testing) to improve conversion rates
  • Requirements:

    • 1–2 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a SaaS or tech-driven environment
    • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to build trust and rapport
    • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced setting
    • Solid problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset
    • Comfortable using digital tools and platforms to manage pipelines and customer interactions
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize effectively
    • Positive attitude, adaptability, and ability to collaborate within a team environment
    • Experience delivering online demos and working with diverse clients is a plus
