Account Manager, Network Sales - APAC

THE ROLE:
As an EOS Account Manager, you will be empowered to identify and develop the best outcomes for EOS and of course the customer, first and foremost. You will identify customer needs in the Network domain, their requirements and budget restraints and be the first point of contact for the client on all aspects of the account, aligning during and after the sale, to ensure the best customer experience.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all Network customer account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Account manage and grow revenue in clients while acquiring new MNC logos.
- Collaborate with the wider sales team to identify and grow Network opportunities across the APAC region.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Network solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Travel internationally to meet client needs, retire quota, report on activity, and track key account metrics, forecasting pipeline.
- Prepare and execute detailed opportunity and account plans.
- Gain international business experience engaging and building relationships with the world’s largest companies.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of demonstrated success in consistently achieving sales targets using a consultative, solution-oriented approach focusing on customer outcomes.
- Knowledge of MEDDIC or MEDDPIC
- Adept at managing sales forecasts and developing strategies to bridge gaps to achieve targeted results.
- Strong understanding of Networking and IT managed services
- Excellent knowledge of enterprise infrastructure control systems and network communications technology – Internet, Intranet, VPN, TCP/IP, Ethernet
- Ability to close deals by employing a variety of strategic angles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities.
