In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to be an integral part of building and growing our client relationships, while working with exceptional team members and managers.

About the Role:

You will be a part of a strong, growing and talented Account Administration team, that is focused on building and maintaining positive relationships with customers. You'll be doing this by:

  • Setting up their accounts
  • Verifying customer and data supplier requirements
  • Coordinating between customers and internal teams to ensure the successful launch of new accounts
  • Liaising with data suppliers and updating accounts upon customer requests. This role is critical in developing our long-term customer relationships and collaborating with data suppliers
