This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Account Manager in Germany.

This role is focused on driving inbound sales growth and building strong, trust-based relationships with clients in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will act as a key commercial contact, helping prospects and customers understand the value of a modern software escrow and disaster recovery platform. The position combines consultative sales, customer success, and opportunity generation, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will engage with inbound leads, run product demonstrations, and guide clients through tailored solutions that meet their needs. The environment is dynamic and startup-like, with a strong emphasis on ownership, experimentation, and continuous improvement. Your work will directly influence revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage inbound sales opportunities by advising prospects and building strong, trust-based client relationships.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and other channels in a timely, professional, and solution-oriented manner.
  • Identify and follow up on inbound leads through email and phone outreach to generate qualified opportunities.
  • Conduct online product demonstrations to showcase platform features and value propositions.
  • Create, present, and negotiate commercial offers to close deals with new customers.
  • Upsell and expand relationships with existing customers by identifying additional needs and value opportunities.
  • Run A/B testing and iterate on outreach and sales approaches to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging, customer experience, and sales processes.
  • Requirements:

    • 1–2 years of experience in a sales, account management, or customer-facing role with proven performance against targets.
    • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
    • Experience or comfort with SaaS products and modern digital tools.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify customer needs and propose effective solutions.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
    • Comfortable conducting online demos and presenting solutions to customers.
    • Positive, adaptable mindset with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced and changing environment.
    • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team.
    • Availability to work aligned with US business hours.
