Job Description

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Sells the full range of IQVIA products and services within assigned accounts or territory to achieve assigned revenue goal.
  • Based on long term relationship with our Non Pharma client, acts as advisor on marketing, market research, sales management, industry issues, trends and IQVIA product and consulting capabilities.
  • Major focus on our national level offerings.
  • Anticipates clients' needs and, in collaboration with IQVIA marketing, consulting, and/or client services staff, develops and presents proposed solutions to client's complex business issues.
  • Identifies and leads the pursuit of the targeted new business and contract expansion opportunities within assigned account(s).
  • Typically interfaces with marketing, market research and commercial operations.
  • May have the need to engage at the executive level in existing and prospective client(s).
  • Represents the company to the client and the client to the company in all sales related activities.
  • Monitors client satisfaction with contracted deliverables and works with Account Director and Client Services management to achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively manage renewals and subscriptions.

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and a minimum of five (5) years directly related experience.
  • Extensive and expert knowledge of IQVIA offerings and customer account management a plus.
