Job summary: As an Account Manager at UpClear you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of our solutions to meet client needs. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and pre-sales roles for enterprise software, particularly in the TPM/RGM/SFA/CPG space.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to create and implement strategic account plans aligned with UpClear's business goals.
  • Continuously refine and enhance account management strategies to maximize client satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Implement effective lead generation strategies to expand UpClear's market reach.
  • Optimize lead self-qualification processes through our website to ensure a steady stream of qualified opportunities.
  • Conduct pre-sales activities to qualify prospects and understand their needs systematically.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality Request for Proposals (RFPs) on time.
  • Ensure a thorough understanding of customer needs and align solutions accordingly.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and strategies for repeat business.
  • Execute solution demos with excellence to showcase the value proposition of our offerings.
  • Utilize methodologies such as MEDDIC (or equivalent) to systematically qualify opportunities and drive successful closures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly marketing, to ensure alignment in messaging and customer experience.
  • Foster a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement based on market feedback and industry trends.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales and Pre-Sales roles for enterprise software.
  • 3+ years of experience in [TPM/RGM/SFA CPG].
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, qualification processes, and deal closure.
  • Significant experience in delivering compelling solution demos and RFPs.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
