Account Manager, Partnerships & Activations

What You’ll Do:
The Partnership Planner will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities in support of Nissan’s national sponsorship initiatives (Nashville Predators, Tennessee Titans, Heisman House, etc.). This position will work closely with the Partnership Director and Supervisor on strategic planning, management and execution.
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of Nissan’s sponsorships and partnerships (Tennessee Titans, Nashville Predators, etc.)
- Integrate with partnership/experiential team members, the NU collective, clients and all appropriate agencies/properties to support various sponsorship initiatives.
- Manage client-vendor relationships and coordinate necessary deliverables on behalf of client.
- Manage the creation and implementation of materials to support sponsorship initiatives. This includes preparation of marketing activation presentations, budgets, and materials to be distributed to the client, agencies and other counterparts.
- Manage the client-property approval process on behalf of the client.
- Create and track sponsorship reports and measurement surrounding Nissan’s partnership initiatives.
- Oversee the processing and tracking all contracted assets for Nissan’s 40+ College Properties.
- Manage documents such as budgets, status reports, inventory tracking, meeting agendas and notes.
- Manage budgets and payments for Nissan partnerships.
- Coordination and assistance for local market and client-centric events.
- Teach, guide and mentor Associate Planner providing one-on-one communications and training sessions to help develop and grow skill sets.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of agency or client-based sponsorship account management experience. Specific disciplines could include sponsorship marketing, event marketing, sponsor servicing, and account management.
- Ability to manage day-to-day relationships with client, agency(s) and vendors.
- Experience with on-site event marketing operations and logistics.
- Experience working with internal teams (account/creative) as well as other agency partners.
- Superior client relationship/service skills.
- Strong ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Ability to problem-solve independently and in groups.
- Excellent time management, organization, written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel & Word.

Given the nature of Media and the client assigned to this role, we are only considering candidates that currently live in or wish to relocate to Nashville, TN.
