HOW YOU WILL SOAR:
The Senior Analyst, Account Services is responsible for the coordination and administrative support of their assigned client accounts. This includes building and fostering these client relationships through proactive outreach, member education, strategy building, Open Enrollment support as well as full oversight on all renewal activities. The Senior Analyst, Account Services will also coordinate internal resources throughout our organization to meet clients ongoing strategic business requirements. This includes IT resources, file transmission experts and operational management team members. The Senior Analyst, Account Services brings in the appropriate resources as needed to ensure a successful client relationship.
- Responsible for building and maintaining the relationship with the client and broker
- Identifies client specific issues, identifies solutions, and may lead resolution working with other operational areas
- Collaborates within the organization and outside consultants and brokers to achieve growth and renewal objectives
- Ensure successful retention of assigned clients, inclusive of all events within the Analyst's control by responding timely and providing excellent service
- Other duties as assigned
IF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, APPLY:
- Highschool Diploma, GED or college degree
- 3 - 5 years of customer service experience
- Ability to perform in complex situations
- Experience presenting educational material or compelling story to clients
- Problem solving skills
- Clear and concise writing skills to effectively communicate with clients and brokers
- Ability to prioritize numerous tasks
