Our new Account Manager will play a role in leading an account with a long tenure at Designit. This role is crucial to successful delivery within this account, helping to drive the team toward a common goal, working with clients to understand key business needs, managing budgets and funding programs, and creating an environment for the team that fosters creativity, opportunity and shared excitement in our work.

Would you like to...

• Establish relationships with new clients and maintain/nurture business relationships with existing clients in order to gain strategic positioning with decision makers, retain existing revenue, and obtain additional business
• Support the rest of the Client Services team across the full sales cycle including prospecting and qualifying, developing and closing opportunities, effective resourcing, pricing negotiations, etc.
• Maintain knowledge of all client and related campaign details for dedicated accounts
• Draft Statements of Work and oversee budgets in alignment with target margin goals
• Manage projects independently and lead internal team to successful, on-time and on-budget completion of projects
• Build effective working relationships with team members
• Conduct meetings with the clients and own reporting on the status of current projects
• Contribute to portfolio strategy and direction
• Write creative, media and project briefs
• Onboard and training new account team members as needed

We would like you to have...

• 6+ years of Account Management experience
• Track record of consistent success in managing accounts
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to listen to client needs, identify opportunities, and successfully brief internal teams in the delivery of outstanding work
• Strong presentation skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• History of exceptional customer service and client satisfaction
• Experience managing digital marketing, event-based, ecommerce and/or creative projects
• Cross functional relationship-building skills within the agency
• Budget pacing and reporting
• Working knowledge of project scoping
• Conflict resolution
