Raymond West is seeking an Integrated Systems Specialist to join our winning team. We are a material handling dealership for Raymond forklifts that includes a Systems Integrator channel focused solely on optimizing solutions within the four walls of a warehouse. The Systems Department is a full-service integrator with key accounts established across the United States in which Raymond West consults, designs and installs partial to fully automated systems. The Systems Group is in search of Consultative Sales Professionals with demonstrated success in calling on a complex and dynamic client, such as Amazon who will have multiple decision makers that directly impact the sales process.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary focus is twofold: 1) Utilize a consultative sales approach to discover, qualify and close new opportunities within current channels of a Key Account; and. 2) prospect, qualify and close new business within other channels of the Key Account.
  • Secondary focus: Utilize and leverage all tools to ensure the Client is well-informed on new technologies and innovations that will directly impact their operation in a positive ROI.
  • Final focus: Leverage all tools and relationships to defend and build upon the Raymond West Systems brand of excellence in the face of the Client. a successful completion of project once the purchase order is received.
  • This is an Industrial sales position using a consultative, relationship-based approach with one Key Account who has multiple channels of business opportunity.
  • Increase systems sales through account development and internal/external networking.
  • Exceptional vendor alignment to ensure leads are provided by our manufacturing partners as well as our internal team of Account Managers.
  • Achieve gross margins and profitability targets for systems sales as communicated by management.
  • Maintain an awareness of competition and a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate and timely information used for managing the business, including status of leads, proposals, marketing data, competitive data, sales forecasts and expense management.
  • Represent the Company to develop life-long relationships with this Client.


Desired Qualifications / Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in Consultative Sales qualifying the Client and providing simple to complex solutions with a demonstrated ROI back to the Client. (Amazon Client Experience preferred)
  • Demonstrated success in calling on a high profile Key Account
  • Mechanical aptitude and understanding of industrial applications (preferred)

  • Ability to understand software and controls technology (preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to impact revenue and GP within the first 90 days of start date in which training and focus will be provided.
  • Material handling experience preferred

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year College or technical school; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Current, valid, unrestricted driver license with no more than allowable number of points on record.
