Account Manager - Upstate NY

Dane Street is looking for a highly motivated Account Manager who lives in Syracuse, NY area or the surrounding area. The Account Manager would be responsible for assisting the Sales Director with various sales activities to grow Dane Street's wallet share of existing business and assist with developing new accounts in the Upstate NY territory. Description of Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Assists the Sales Director with outreaches to clients by phone, email, social media, and in-person visits
• Increase referral volume and revenue by building rapport with both existing and new accounts
• Answers potential customers' questions and sends or drops off additional information via email or in-person
• Works closely with Operations and/or our Accounting departments to resolve customer issues
• Able to travel and participate in regional conferences within New York State
• Document related sales and account activities and results into our internal CRM platform
• Other duties as assigned dependent on the needs of the business

Qualifications:

• Possesses a background in the Workers' Compensation field and/or the Independent Review Organization field
• IME experience or claims adjuster experience is a plus
• 4-year college degree (BA/BS) preferred
• Sales planning and business development Mindset
• Excellent communication skills
• Motivation for sales
• Experience with the Google platform preferredv
