Account ManagerÂ
Our company designs, develops, and manufactures a variety of façade systems, interior wall and ceiling systems and custom art installations. Our widely published company is headquartered in a fast-paced design office and manufacturing facility in LA.
Overview:
The Account Manager (covering Westcoast area) is a key team member of the sales team offering internal administrative project management, coordination and support. The AM will work closely with sales manager and dedicated admin team to manage workflow of quotes and order entry. Through a variety of assigned and varied duties/projects, the AM utilizes key skills and experience to support the daily needs of sales manager, admin team, production, accounting and external sales teams for standard architectural product projects. Working closely with sales team as well as the production team, the AM will coordinate a range of related business and administrative efforts through both internal and external channels to ensure highly effective, organized and on-time delivery and acknowledgment of relevant data. The AM will rely on key abilities to think critically, work with minimal supervision, coordinate multiple priorities and work with full orientation toward detail, follow-through and consistent delivery of time sensitive materials.
Education, Skills & Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED plus two years counter or sales experience.
- Sales/marketing coursework a plus.
- Must speak English clearly and write legibly. Ability to speak another language is a plus. Must possess communication skills for outward client and sales team communication.
- Must be able to think independently and problem solve day-to-day sales problems.
- Maintain a professional personal experience.
- Possess good speed and accurate data entry.
- Must possess some knowledge of architectural marketing strategies and planning.
- Understanding construction documents including architectural plans and detailing, read specifications and complete necessary takeoffs for quoting
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Must have experience with CRM system,
- Experience with an ERP is a plus.
- Experience with REVU Bluebeam and AutoCAD is preferred.
- Possess 1-2 years' experience in the administrative/clerical field.

Additional Detailed Responsibilities:
The AM works to directly assist all Arktura sales, production and manufacturing team members, including Arktura sales representative network. It is the key responsibility of the AM to facilitate orders, deliveries, schedule and quality through Admin/Sales Support team. The ARÂ will work diligently to factor daily operations and to communicate in a professional and prompt fashion as necessary with the sales rep. network, clients, purchasers and customers.
The ARÂ will consistently evaluate daily business efforts and priorities to factor necessary tasks and duties to ensure their smooth facilitation. He/she will utilize critical thinking and work experiences to formulate, develop and introduce plans and practices that can be implemented in order to reinforce and formalize effective execution of their tasks. This is further emphasized with respect to all duties that support the delivery of Arktura product, detailed product and order information, and delivery schedule of products and material both incoming and outgoing, database management, etc.
The AM position is full-time position. The job relies heavily on organization and communication and understanding the overall picture for projects and logistics. This team member will ensure the smooth and proper flow of manufacturing components and delivery of Arktura products on time. It is necessary to facilitate strong internal team working relationships, general industry knowledge and growing Arktura technical knowledge. The AM is always focused on supporting and achieving results to successfully complete projects. The AM listens and offers support to teammates, drives toward completing various assignments in multiple arenas in parallel with one another. Ultimately ensuring organization of data and delivery of products and components with the utmost attention toward detail and professionalism.

The estimated base salary range for this role is $67,000-$80,000 a year. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience and other relevant factors.
