Account Manager/Senior Account Manager - Manchester/Hybrid/UK remote

Due to continuing growth we have a fantastic opportunity for an Account Manager/Senior Account Manager to join our team at Nucleus Global. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to advance and grow. You will work as part of a collaborative and established team on a fast-growing and dynamic account with a focus on medical education and meetings. With a strong background in client services, you will:

• Strategically drive a dynamic, creative account to support onsite meeting delivery. ​
• Understand commercial and therapeutic landscapes to drive continued growth of the account by leading RFPs​.
• Identify and maximise opportunities for organic business to support lateral growth outside of RFPs. ​
• Work with the leadership team to shape the vision, culture and future direction for the team. ​

To succeed you will have:

• A BSc in Life Sciences and previous experience working in a medical communications agency or pharmaceutical marketing environment

• A strong client services background.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to lead on client facing projects on dynamic accounts while meeting client and group objectives.
• Experience in delivering medical education programmes and onsite meetings.
• Strong therapy area experience.
• Strong financial experience and understanding.
• A flair for working well within a team with strong written and verbal communication skills.
